The Ministry of Music

Music is important in the life and ministry of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Our principal worship resource is Evangelical Lutheran Worship, but in using numerous settings of the Holy Communion, we also employ With One Voice and Hymnal Supplement 1991. We sing two settings of Evening Prayer, Holden Village setting during Advent, and the traditional setting during Lent.
Music is a year-round ministry at Christ Church and includes:

SANCTUARY CHOIR Singing for most Sundays services, this choral choir for adults and high school students has an extensive repertiore ranging across styles and centuries. Rehearsal is on Thursday evening, 7:15 - 8:45 p.m.
